Here is any easy little bow to try:
Take two strips of felt one about 7 inches and one about 4 inches... both about 1 inch thick.
Cut out the ends of the 4 inch strip and hot glue the ends together of the 7 inch strip.
Attach the glued ends of the 7 inch strip to the center of the 4 inch strip.
Put a line of hot glue in the center of the inside of the circle and press down. Lastly add a smaller strip of felt for your center.
So cute for you...
