I tried to follow this tutorial that I had pinned on pinterest and it totally worked!
I didn't even do it right either.
I started with dry, third day hair...
It would have been better with mostly dry just showered hair but I was so eager to see if it would work that I just went for it.
Horay for learning new ways to do long hair!

I tried it with my hair with really tight curls and it was HUGE! So I think I'm going to have to do bigger chunks of hair and not so tight curls.
ReplyDeleteIt looks amazing! I'm gonna have to try that too :]
ReplyDeleteI just did a post on high-waisted pants for fall, I'd love for you to stop by.
xoxo.

Ahhh!! I just did that EXACT tutorial today! I love it! :)
ReplyDeleteI knew you guys were Mormon!! I'm sorry, I just had to say it. It takes one to know one. I saw your "Mormon bloggers" stamp below, and I could tell you guys were cos you all dress quite modestly, but fashionably, and you have a big family and are very close, and it's very much a part of your countenances! I love that our sisters are getting in there and showing that you can look great and still treat your body like a temple and dressing appropriately! Thank you for what you do. You're inspiring.

And you guys just made MY day too! Haha. Keep up what you do! I'm on a creating frenzy too. I love sewing and creating my own sense of style, and since sunday really is the only day I can dress nicely and not look over-dressed, I go all the way! I just love vintage clothing and how it makes me feel! I'm thinking of starting up my own blog too in the future, hopefully I will have the confidence to do it soon.
