Straight out of the 60's and into my hands

Oct 8, 2010

This is my 1960's pose.

I fount this beautiful wool dress at my local thrift store. It is lined with dusty rose colored satin and it fits me perfectly (even in the top...surprisingly). It was meant to be!
The tag says "AF boutique: ANNE FOGARTY"
Anne was born in 1919!...and won several design awards in the 50's.
I don't know when this dress was made but the AF boutique line came out in 1962.

I am LOVING colored or textured tights and it's FALL, so time to get them out!!

This dress was a really rare find, even for someone who thrifts as often as me.

Happy hunting~
